Eremomastax speciosa merupakan tumbuhan perdu atau perdu kecil dari famili Acanthaceae (suku jeruju-jerujuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di kawasan tropis Afrika, Madagaskar. Nama ilmiah Eremomastax speciosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Ferdinand Friedrich Hochstetter pada tahun 1964.
