Eriachne obtusa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Papua hingga Australia utara. Nama ilmiah Eriachne obtusa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Brown pada tahun 1810.
