Erigeron aureus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kanada barat hingga Oregon timur laut. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan alpine yellow fleabane. Nama ilmiah Erigeron aureus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Edward Lee Greene pada tahun 1891.
