Erigeron coronarius merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Erigeron coronarius diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Edward Lee Greene pada tahun 1891.
