Erigeron lachnocephalus merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Asia tengah hingga Xinjiang utara. Nama ilmiah Erigeron lachnocephalus diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Victor Petrovič Botschantzev pada tahun 1959.
