Erigeron sceptrifer merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari wilayah sepanjang Tibet selatan, China (Sichuan dan Yunnan), hingga Myanmar utara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan scepterbearing fleabane. Nama ilmiah Erigeron sceptrifer diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Guy L. Nesom pada tahun 1990.
