Eriocaulon dregei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Eriocaulon dregei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Christian Ferdinand Friedrich Hochstetter pada tahun 1845.
