Eriocaulon irregulare merupakan tumbuhan semusim dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Guinea (Fouta Djalon highlands). Nama ilmiah Eriocaulon irregulare pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Desmond Meikle pada tahun 1968.
