Eriocaulon sessile adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Eriocaulaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Guinea, Rep. Afrikan Tengah. Nama ilmiah Eriocaulon sessile pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Robert Desmond Meikle pada tahun 1954.
