Eriocoelum microspermum merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Sapindaceae (suku lerak-lerakan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Nigeria hingga Angola timur laut. Nama ilmiah Eriocoelum microspermum diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Ludwig Adolph Timotheus Radlkofer pada tahun 1921.
