Eriogonum turneri adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Polygonaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Nuevo León). Nama ilmiah Eriogonum turneri pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis James Lauritz Reveal pada tahun 1974.
