Eriophorum brachyantherum adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Cyperaceae (suku teki-tekian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Subarctic belahan bumi utara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan northland cottonsedge. Nama ilmiah Eriophorum brachyantherum pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernst Rudolf von Trautvetter pada tahun 1856.
