Eriospermum ornithogaloides merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asparagaceae. Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk bonggol berbentuk umbi. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Afrika Selatan. Nama ilmiah Eriospermum ornithogaloides pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Gilbert Baker pada tahun 1876.
