Eriosyce megliolii merupakan tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Argentina (San Juan). Nama ilmiah Eriosyce megliolii diperkenalkan oleh Walter Rausch pada tahun 2005.
