Eryngium castrense adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah California. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan great valley eryngo. Nama ilmiah Eryngium castrense pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Willis Linn Jepson pada tahun 1922.
