Eryngium haenkei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Meksiko tengah dan barat daya. Nama ilmiah Eryngium haenkei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Borivoj Presl pada tahun 1830.
