Eryngium leavenworthii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Kansas hingga Texas. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan leavenworth's eryngo. Nama ilmiah Eryngium leavenworthii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis John Torrey pada tahun 1840.
