Eryngium palmito adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Apiaceae (suku adas-adasan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Türkiye (Antalya). Nama ilmiah Eryngium palmito diperkenalkan oleh Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1849.
