Erythranthe regni adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Phrymaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Arizona (Pegunungan Kofa). Nama ilmiah Erythranthe regni pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Guy L. Nesom pada tahun 2012.
