Erythrina sierra adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Fabaceae (suku polong-polongan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Meksiko (Tamaulipas, Nuevo León). Nama ilmiah Erythrina sierra diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Guy L. Nesom pada tahun 2016.
