Eschenbachia stricta var. stricta adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Texas (Cameron County) hingga Meksiko (Tamaulipas dan Nuevo León).
