Eschscholzia minutiflora subsp. covillei adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan semusim dari famili Papaveraceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah California tenggara. Nama ilmiah Eschscholzia minutiflora subsp. covillei pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edward Lee Greene pada tahun 1991.
