Espeletia marthae merupakan tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Venezuela (Mérida). Nama ilmiah Espeletia marthae diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama José Cuatrecasas pada tahun 1977.
