Etlingera foetens adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Zingiberaceae (suku temu-temuan). Spesies ini memiliki kebiasaan membentuk akar rimpang. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di kawasan Malesia barat. Nama ilmiah Etlingera foetens diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Carl Ludwig Blume pada tahun 1986.
