Eucalyptus globulus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Myrtaceae (suku jambu-jambuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Victoria selatan hingga Tasmania timur. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan tasmanian bluegum. Nama ilmiah Eucalyptus globulus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jacques Labillardière pada tahun 1800.
