Eucalyptus transcontinentalis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Myrtaceae (suku jambu-jambuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Australia barat daya. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan redwood. Nama ilmiah Eucalyptus transcontinentalis diperkenalkan oleh Joseph Maiden pada tahun 1919.
