Eugenia itararensis adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Myrtaceae (suku jambu-jambuan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis kering di wilayah Brazil (São Paulo). Nama ilmiah Eugenia itararensis diperkenalkan oleh Joáo Rodrigues de Mattos pada tahun 1995.
