Eumachia leptothyrsa var. yapensis merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu atau pohon dari famili Rubiaceae (suku kopi-kopian). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Caroline (Yap). Nama ilmiah Eumachia leptothyrsa var. yapensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Francis Raymond Fosberg pada tahun 2017.
