Eupatoriastrum nelsonii adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Veracruz, Oaxaca, Chiapas), hingga Amerika tengah. Nama ilmiah Eupatoriastrum nelsonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Jesse More Greenman pada tahun 1903.
