Euphorbia austro-occidentalis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Namibia. Nama ilmiah Euphorbia austro-occidentalis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Albert Thellung pada tahun 1916.
