Euphorbia spirosticha adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering di wilayah Madagaskar barat daya. Nama ilmiah Euphorbia spirosticha pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Werner Rauh pada tahun 2021.
