Euphorbia squamosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Türkiye utara hingga Iran barat laut. Nama ilmiah Euphorbia squamosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Ludwig von Willdenow pada tahun 1799.
