Euphorbia umbrosa adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan perdu kecil dari famili Euphorbiaceae (suku kastuba-kastubaan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Rep. Dominika. Nama ilmiah Euphorbia umbrosa pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carlo Luigi Giuseppe Bertero pada tahun 1826.
