Euploca mexicana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis di wilayah Meksiko. Nama ilmiah Euploca mexicana pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Alphonse Louis Pierre Pyrame de Candolle pada tahun 2020.
