Euploca ottonii merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Boraginaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Venezuela barat laut. Nama ilmiah Euploca ottonii pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Johann Georg Christian Lehmann pada tahun 2020.
