Eurybia chlorolepis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Amerika Serikat bagian tenggara. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan mountain aster. Nama ilmiah Eurybia chlorolepis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edward Sandford Burgess pada tahun 1995.
