Euryops chrysanthemoides merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk perdu dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim subtropis dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Provinsi Cape hingga KwaZulu-Natal. Dalam bahasa Inggris tumbuhan ini dikenal dengan sebutan bull's eye. Nama ilmiah Euryops chrysanthemoides diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Augustin Pyramus de Candolle pada tahun 1968.
