Faberia sinensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Asteraceae (suku aster-asteran). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari China (Sichuan, Yunnan). Nama ilmiah Faberia sinensis diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama William Botting Hemsley pada tahun 1888.
