Fagus hayatae merupakan tumbuhan berbentuk pohon dari famili Fagaceae. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Taiwan utara. Nama ilmiah Fagus hayatae diperkenalkan oleh Ivan Vladimirovich Palibin pada tahun 1911.
