Ferocactus macrodiscus adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan sukulen berbentuk perdu kecil dari famili Cactaceae (suku kaktus-kaktusan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma gurun pasir atau sabana kering dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari Meksiko (Tamaulipas hingga Oaxaca). Nama ilmiah Ferocactus macrodiscus pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Carl Friedrich Philipp von Martius pada tahun 1922.
