Festuca asperula adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang dengan rentang sebaran mulai dari New South Wales hingga Victoria. Nama ilmiah Festuca asperula diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Joyce Winifred Vickery pada tahun 1939.
