Festuca azucarica adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Kolombia. Nama ilmiah Festuca azucarica diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Evgenii Borisovich Alexeev pada tahun 1984.
