Festuca boliviana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Bolivia. Nama ilmiah Festuca boliviana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Evgenii Borisovich Alexeev pada tahun 1985.
