Festuca carazana adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Peru. Nama ilmiah Festuca carazana diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Robert Knud Friedrich Pilger pada tahun 1906.
