Festuca clementei merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Spanyol selatan (Sierra Nevada). Nama ilmiah Festuca clementei diperkenalkan oleh seorang botanis bernama Pierre Edmond Boissier pada tahun 1838.
