Festuca nitida subsp. flaccida merupakan tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim sedang di wilayah Carpathians timur dan selatan. Nama ilmiah Festuca nitida subsp. flaccida pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Philipp Johann Ferdinand Schur pada tahun 1978.
