Festuca setifolia adalah salah satu spesies tumbuhan menahun dari famili Poaceae (suku rumput-rumputan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma pegunungan tropis di wilayah Peru (Puno). Nama ilmiah Festuca setifolia pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Ernst Gottlieb von Steudel pada tahun 1874.
