Ficus hypobrunnea merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Moraceae (suku ara-araan) yang memiliki pola tumbuh memanjat. Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Ficus hypobrunnea pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Edred John Henry Corner pada tahun 1962.
