Ficus magwana subsp. maragona merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Moraceae (suku ara-araan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Kepulauan Santa Cruz. Nama ilmiah Ficus magwana subsp. maragona diperkenalkan oleh Cornelis Christiaan Berg pada tahun 2002.
