Ficus sorongensis merupakan tumbuhan dari famili Moraceae (suku ara-araan). Tumbuhan ini berasal dari bioma beriklim tropis basah di wilayah Papua. Nama ilmiah Ficus sorongensis pertama kali dipublikasikan oleh botanis Cornelis Christiaan Berg pada tahun 2012.
